Ariel Rodriguez

Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer

Ariel leads InRiva’s delivery of AI solutions to clients. He brings 25+ years of experience leading Data Science teams developing data products and AI/ML solutions at scale.

Ariel was previously the Head of Real-Time Analytics Solutions at JPMorganChase, where he led data science teams developing real-time data products and AI/ML solutions across all banking business lines, resulting in improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies benefiting from real-time audience targeting, digital journey engagement analytics, ML-optimized back-office processes, and AI-guided customer service interactions.

He has also held leadership roles at high growth technology companies, including: Chief Data Scientist at Scuba Analytics, a real-time analytics platform used by top-tier clients including Microsoft, Salesforce, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Comcast; Head of Data Science at Jornaya, a customer journey data company, now part of Verisk; and Product Leader of the Behavior Change Analytics Platform at Mobiquity, a digital consultancy and cloud solutions provider, acquired by Hexaware.

Ariel is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Puerto Rico, and is an INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional, and a HITRUST Certified De-Identification Professional.

Bobby Gallagher

Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

As InRiva AI’s Chief Revenue Officer, Bobby is responsible for leading worldwide Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success.

With 25+ years sales, marketing, and business development experience, serving customers across a variety of industries from the Fortune 100 to SMBs. Bobby holds an undergraduate and masters degrees from Saint Joseph’s University.

Bobby lives in Bucks County, PA with his wife Vanessa and their 3 kids and enjoys golfing, cooking on his Big Green Eggs, and coaching youth sports.

Andrew Schools

Founding Platform Engineer

Andrew Schools brings 28 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. He has successfully built websites, web-based applications, mobile apps, and desktop software for a diverse range of companies and clients. His expertise extends beyond development; Andrew understands the complexities of deploying and managing software in the cloud, ensuring seamless performance and real-time monitoring. With a strong focus on disaster recovery, privacy, security, and operational efficiency, Andrew ensures that the software he delivers not only functions effectively but operates smoothly with minimal downtime. 

Before joining InRiva AI, Andrew held senior and leadership positions at Comcast and Fidelity, while also contributing to innovative startups including Scuba, SidelineSwap and Edvisors.

Dawson Eliasen

Founding Data Scientist

Dawson Eliasen is a data scientist with wide-ranging expertise in data and ML. After earning a degree in data science, he held roles at boutique data science consultancies, working with companies of all sizes to find value in data and build machine learning systems from the ground up. His previous experience has included large language models, vast forecasting systems, and rigorous inferential statistical analyses.

Dawson is passionate about crafting powerful models to extract insight from messy data and building elegant systems that seamlessly deliver value.

Alexei Konovalov

Chief AI Solutions Architect

With over 20 years of experience leading product and platform engineering teams, Alexei brings a wealth of expertise in developing cutting-edge AI and cloud-native solutions. His impressive career spans industries including healthcare, financial services, pharma, and manufacturing, where he has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects and built high-performing teams.

Alexei has extensive experience in designing and deploying AI-powered platforms and cloud solutions, with a proven track record of driving innovation and improving operational efficiency. His leadership in architecting and optimizing AI infrastructure and cloud solutions has resulted in significant cost reductions and enhanced product quality. Additionally, Alexei is known for his ability to mentor and develop future leaders, helping individuals secure promotions and leadership roles.

With a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise software, Alexei is well-equipped to help InRiva AI further its mission of delivering state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Olga Skvortsova

Senior AI Engineer

With over 20 years of experience in software development and data science, Olga brings a wealth of expertise to her role of a Senior AI Engineer.

Prior to joining InRiva, Olga was the founder and principal software developer at IFilterShop, a company specializing in data indexing and search solutions. Its products have been adopted by more than 1,500 clients worldwide, including the U.S. House of Representatives, U.K. Ministry of Defence, Pfizer, BP, MetLife, Bank of America, Lockheed Martin, Ford, and many others.

Olga is committed to continuous professional growth and has taken part in several international data science competitions, including Women in Data Science Initiative at Stanford University, where in June 2024, she placed third among more than 1,200 data science teams from around the world.

Outside of work, Olga enjoys singing in a women’s a cappella chorus and performing in community theater productions. Olga is also passionate about education and mentoring: she taught Python to middle school students, guided interns on data science projects, and occasionally serves as a substitute teacher at a local math enrichment school.
